I had a mixed experience at Cabildo Suites. The hotel is very well-located for my needs, as I could easily walk to the clinic I was visiting and there were nice restaurants nearby. However, the room amenities didn’t meet my expectations, and I had some concerns about noise and safety during my stay.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were surprisingly dark and not well soundproofed. I could hear every detail from the next room, which made it hard to relax.
Service
5.0
While the staff was generally friendly and helpful, I found their response to my concerns about safety to be indifferent.
Location
8.0
The location was one of the highlights for me, as it was convenient to walk to the clinic and the nearby bus and subway stations made getting around easy.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast offered was plentiful but very basic, like something you'd find at a hostel. I wished for better choices.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had old carpets and drapes, which gave it a tired appearance. I noticed that some lights in the hallways didn’t work, which was disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay at Apart Hotel Cabildo, thanks to its great location in the Belgrano neighborhood where I had access to subways and local amenities. However, I had issues with internet connectivity and outdated facilities. My experience was mixed, as the friendly atmosphere was overshadowed by some maintenance concerns.

Rooms
6.0
The double room I stayed in was comfortable and located on the 6th floor, which thankfully blocked out street noise. However, I experienced some maintenance issues, like a problematic bathroom curtain.
Service
5.0
I appreciated that the staff was responsive. They changed my room due to internet issues and addressed my concerns about the bathroom curtain promptly. However, I encountered some service lapses, like housekeeping entering my room without knocking.
Location

The hotel's location is a strong point for me; it's right next to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. It's also in a lively area with many dining options.
Dining
6.0
While they don’t serve dinner, breakfast was passable, but rather basic. It felt a bit above hostel style, which was acceptable for the price.
Facilities
5.0
The elevators were a bit of a hassle, especially since one was out of order during my stay. The overall facilities could use an update to match the hotel’s claimed status.

I recently stayed at Cabildo Suites for a week and was really disappointed. The room I got lacked a kitchenette, which I expected from an 'apart' hotel. The noise from the adjacent room was unbearable, and I could hear everything as if it were happening in my own space. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the location was quite nice, but overall, it just didn’t meet my expectations.

Rooms
5.0
The room was noisy and lacked a kitchenette, which was a letdown, especially for a supposed 'apart' hotel. I could hear everything from the next room, making it hard to relax.
Service
7.0
The staff members were friendly and accommodating, especially during breakfast. They did their best to assist, but the room issues overshadowed their good service.
Location
8.0
The location in the Belgrano area was decent and safe, with good access to the subway. It made getting around and reaching local spots pretty convenient.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was pretty basic, not much more than cold cuts and hard rolls. It lacked variety, which was disappointing.
Facilities
5.0
The overall facilities seemed a bit outdated, and cleanliness was a concern in certain areas. The amenities didn't feel up to par.

I recently stayed at Cabildo Suites in Buenos Aires for 8 nights. The location in the Belgrano area was decent and felt safe, though it was a bit far from the city center. Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to my expectations. The lack of a kitchenette in my 'apart' room and the thin walls made for a less-than-comfortable experience. Given these issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was smaller than expected and lacked essential amenities like a kitchenette. It was also outdated and poorly soundproofed, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially during breakfast. but that didn't quite make up for the shortcomings of the hotel itself.
Location

The location in Belgrano was good and felt safe, close to the subway, which was convenient for my work. It was about 30 minutes from the city center, though.
Dining

I enjoyed my stay at Apart Hotel Cabildo Suites overall, as the spacious and clean rooms, along with the friendly staff, made for a pleasant experience. However, I was concerned about the breakfast options, which were quite basic, and the occasional noise from nearby rooms was unsettling.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, especially during breakfast time. However, I did notice that some areas, like the emergency exits, were not well maintained, which was a bit concerning.
Location

The hotel's location was great for walking to the clinic I needed to visit, and the close proximity to the Juramento Subte stop made getting around easy. I enjoyed exploring the Belgrano neighborhood, which had great restaurants nearby.
